
Kenny’s passionate about helping others improve their mental and physical well-being through fitness. His training philosophy is straightforward: enhance quality of life through a collaborative effort. When you and he both give 100%, success follows.
Your journey together will involve pushing beyond your comfort zone, assessing and adjusting your nutritional habits, and incorporating movement and coordination drills to keep you sharp. Kenny uses a variety of exercise modalities in your sessions (though he has a special love for kettlebells!) and focuses on making every workout functional, empowering you to enjoy life outside the gym.
Kenny’s mission is to inspire, motivate, and create meaningful change in others, so they, in turn, can positively affect their communities.
