Reserved Training™ is a model where every session takes place in a private, fully equipped lane reserved in advance.

A SpecLane™ is a private, fully equipped training lane designed for one-on-one sessions.

Is TRAIN a gym? Can I work out on my own?
TRAIN is not an open gym.

Clients train one-on-one with a Trainer Member in a private lane reserved for their session. Access is not available to the general public.Clients with an active training relationship may reserve paid solo sessions when available. These sessions are designed to complement—not replace—professional training.
Will I be sharing equipment or space?
No. You train in your own private SpecLane™.

Other sessions may take place in adjacent lanes, but equipment and training space are never shared.
Are Training Houses™ open to the public?
No. Training Houses™ are non-public environments.

Access is limited to Trainer Members and their clients to maintain a calm, controlled, and professional setting.
Who trains at TRAIN?
Clients at TRAIN value privacy, consistency, and professionalism.Many are busy professionals seeking focused, one-on-one training without crowds, waiting, or distractions. There is no required fitness level.
Do I need to bring my own trainer?
No. TRAIN will connect you with an experienced Trainer Member based on your goals, preferences, and schedule.
Can I bring my own trainer?
Only Trainer Members can train clients at TRAIN.

If you have a trainer you would like to work with, they are welcome to apply for Membership.
How do I get started?
You begin by scheduling a complimentary initial consultation.

TRAIN will connect you with a Trainer Member based on your goals, preferences, and schedule. The consultation allows you to assess fit and determine the right path forward.

If needed, we will introduce you to another trainer.
What happens at the consultation?
The consultation is a private, one-on-one conversation with a Trainer Member—not a workout.

You will discuss your goals, training history, and what you are looking for. Light movement or assessment may be included, but there is no expectation to train.The purpose is to determine fit. If it feels right, you move forward together. If not, we will introduce you to another trainer.

The consultation is complimentary.
What should I wear to the consultation?
Athletic wear is recommended.

While the consultation is not a workout, light movement or assessment may be included. Comfortable clothing allows you to move with ease if needed.
How do I know which trainer is right for me?
TRAIN guides the matching process based on your goals, preferences, and schedule.

Every relationship begins with a consultation to assess fit. If it’s not the right match, we will introduce you to another trainer.
How much do training sessions cost?
Training rates are set by each Trainer Member.

Sessions typically range from $130–$170, depending on the trainer and format. You work directly with your trainer to determine pricing and scheduling.

Clients pay their trainer directly.
Is my training agreement with TRAIN or my trainer?
Your training relationship is directly with your trainer.

Trainer Members operate independent businesses. All pricing, payments, and agreements are handled between you and your trainer. TRAIN provides the environment where Reserved Training™ takes place.
Do you have showers?
Yes. Training Houses™ include private shower rooms and locker amenities designed for comfort and discretion.

Amenities include:
